Whilst driving through a Home Depot carpark a father and daughter had no idea they’d record a video that would go mega viral. Kris Jones never thought he would be a viral sensation until his daughter, Dayla, asked him to sing Tennessee Whiskey in the car. He didn’t think much of it, but he agreed and started singing what many have described as “the best cover of Tennessee Whiskey on the internet”. When they got home, Dayla posted the video on Facebook and it went viral overnight as people all over the world were amazed by Kris’s voice. He was invited onto The Ellen Show and Country Music Family estimates that the video received 70 million views across various social media platforms in just 14 months!
